Affiliated Clubs & District Associations

The Lesotho Cricket Association (LCA) works closely with a growing network of clubs and district associations dedicated to developing cricket across the country. These partners help increase participation and provide opportunities for young players to learn and enjoy the sport.

Together, they support training, local competitions, and school cricket activities, ensuring the game reaches more communities. Their teamwork helps build a stronger cricket foundation and encourages more youth to join and grow within the sport.

Maseru District Cricket Association (MDCA)

As the largest district association, MDCA leads several grassroots programmes, school cricket events, and community tournaments across Maseru. It supports both junior and senior development.

Teyateyaneng Cricket Club (TYCC)

Based in Teyateyaneng, TYCC focuses on youth participation and community engagement. The club regularly hosts development clinics and friendly matches.

Leribe District Cricket Association (LDCA)

LDCA oversees cricket activities throughout Leribe District, working closely with schools to introduce cricket to young learners.

Roma United Cricket Club (RUCC)

RUCC is known for its competitive spirit and strong school partnerships. The club develops young cricketers and participates actively in district competitions.

Mafeteng Cricket Development Club (MCDC)

MCDC prioritizes cricket development at the community level, offering coaching sessions and outreach programmes for children and teenagers.

Mohale’s Hoek District Cricket Association (MHDCA)

A growing association dedicated to expanding cricket access through coaching courses, school programmes, and local tournaments.

Butha-Buthe Cricket Club (BBCC)

BBCC serves as a key cricket hub in the northern region, focusing on junior development and district-level events.

Quthing Youth Cricket Club (QYCC)

QYCC works to engage young cricketers through school-based training and holiday cricket camps.

Qacha’s Nek Cricket Association (QNCA)

This association covers one of Lesotho’s most remote districts, offering cricket programmes that promote participation and skill-building among youth.

Thaba-Tseka Cricket Club (TTCC)

Located in the highlands, TTCC is committed to increasing access to cricket through community involvement and teacher training programmes.
