Our Cricket Facilities
The Lesotho Cricket Association (LCA) continues to develop and expand facilities that support high-quality cricket participation, training, and administration. Our infrastructure is built to serve schools, clubs, districts, and national teams as we work toward a sustainable and competitive cricket ecosystem.
Grounds & Stadiums
The Lesotho Cricket Association continues to expand and improve cricket grounds across the country to support the growing demand for quality playing spaces. These grounds serve as central venues for school festivals, district competitions, community cricket activities, and national development programmes. With ongoing upgrades, including the introduction of hybrid wickets in key districts, LCA aims to provide safe, accessible, and professionally maintained playing surfaces that enhance player performance and encourage more participation. These facilities are essential in building a strong cricket culture and ensuring that players have an environment where they can train, compete, and develop their skills throughout the year.

Training Facilities
LCA’s training facilities form the backbone of player development and coaching excellence in Lesotho. These include the TY Development Training Centre, district training areas, and practice nets installed in schools to support daily training. The facilities are designed to provide structured learning environments where young cricketers can build technical skills, improve fitness, and prepare for competitive cricket. With planned expansion in the coming years, these training spaces will support advanced programmes, high-performance pathways, and national team preparations, ensuring continuous growth in player quality and readiness for international benchmarks.

Other Infrastructure
In addition to grounds and training spaces, LCA operates essential administrative and developmental infrastructure that supports the smooth functioning of cricket across the country. The headquarters in Teyateyaneng serves as the main coordination centre for all cricket operations, including planning, reporting, and communication with districts. Equipment storage units in TY and Maseru ensure efficient distribution of cricket gear to schools and clubs. Furthermore, the upcoming National Cricket Academy, as outlined in the 2026–2029 Blueprint, will transform the long-term performance landscape with indoor nets, high-performance facilities, and specialized coaching spaces. Together, these structures strengthen the operational capacity of the Association and support sustainable cricket growth nationwide.
